Terms and Conditions

When booking an appointment or purchasing a dress from us, you agree to all of our terms and conditions stated below.

Appointment Policy

  1. Bourne Bridal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments they see fit,

  2. No photos are allowed during your appointments.

  3. We request that brides do not wear fake tan to their appointment.- it rubs off onto dresses!

  4. We request any children are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

  5. During peak periods, Hannah B's schedule may become exceptionally busy, so we recommend always booking your alteration appointment early to avoid disappointment. Bookings will be taken at Hannah B's own discretion - Bourne Bridal will not be held accountable if Hannah B is unable to book you in. Please bear in mind you will need between around two - six alteration appointments, depending on the complexity of your gown. You will be required to pay 50% of the cost at your first fitting. and the balance on collection. Dresses will not be started or released until payments are made.

  6. Bourne Bridal are in no way responsible for any alterations, and all appointments, inquires and communication must be made with Hannah B alterations directly. Bourne Bridal will not enter into any discussions concerning alterations.

 

Our Policy

  1. Alterations are at an additional cost to be paid direct to Hannah B at the time of your fitting. Bourne Bridal will not be held accountable for your gown once it has been handed to Hannah B. Any imperfections in the gown must be reported by you to Hannah B Alterations before any alterations take place. 

  2. We accept no responsibility for items purchased once they have left the premises under any circumstances. It is your duty to check your items thoroughly. We accept no responsibility for any defects in any gowns once they have left Bourne Bridal or Hannah B and no compensation will be entered into under any circumstances before or after the event date. It is up to the bride to check their goods and to sign for them.

  3. All items are the property of Bourne Bridal if they have not been collected before the original wedding date. Any gowns not collected after the original wedding date will be donated to charity.

  4. In the event that a wedding/prom is cancelled, gowns must be collected within an agreed time. This must be done in writing between us and the buyer. Any funds outstanding will still need to be be paid for in full.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Bourne Bridal and how we use it.

Bourne Bridal follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
